Minutes
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by President, Jodi Marshall. There were 13 members in attendance.
Minutes: Then minutes of the July 21, 2011 meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Coleen reported on the treasury balance and that no additional vendors have signed up for the fall Bead Bazaar.
Librarian Report: Jodi again made suggestions for two titles to add:
• Rachel Nelson Smith Bead Riffs
• Kate McKinnon’s new book when it released.
Old Business:
• NanC Meinhart RAW Intensive workshop November 12th and 13th, 2011. Supply list will be on the NanC Meinhart website. http://www.nancmeinhardt.com
Class will be at 6900 L St.
• State Fair: Jodie volunteered to deliver beaded items to the State Fair.
• 2011 schedule:
Sept: Pam and Sharon Fish pendant
Oct: Marsha Right Angle Weave
Nov: Gayle May Kumihimo
Dec: Christmas Party
New Business:
Kristina inquired about printing business cards for the club. April and Mona to work on.
Woman’s Expo Jan 28, 29, 2012. $425 for regular booth, ½ for non-profit, $75 for craft vendors
Website maintenance: April will contact Judellen, as Judellen is moving out of the area.
Mona announced Arts are Basic garden tour Sept 4, 2011
Bead Bazaar at Guest House Oct 15, 2012 9-4.
Bead Renaissance Sept 15-18 Denver

There being no further business, the business meeting was adjourned. April presented the program RAW bracelet. Sharon won the Jodie bead.
